If you are signing in on a Gordon laptop and get an error message saying

"your domain isn't available", please try the following steps to resolve the issue.

Step 1)

Click on the Wi-Fi icon located at the bottom Right-hand corner.

Step 2)

Select Gordon WiFi,

Make sure the box next to "Connect Automatically" is ticked.

Then click "Connect".

Step 3)

Under "Gordon WiFi" it should now say "Connect, secured"

Step 4)

If the laptop has failed to connect to Gordon Wi-Fi, restart the laptop and see if a connection is established once the laptop restarts.

If the laptop fails to connect to Gordon Wi-Fi after performing the above steps,
please bring the laptop to CIS (staff only) or the Library for further action.
