Your Gordon account will automatically be locked if there are 4 incorrect login attempts on your account.

To unlock your account there are two ways;

Please ensure once your account is unlocked, that any saved passwords in your browser or device are not used to access your Gordon log-ins.

This will cause your account to be locked again.

These passwords will need to be updated by manually typing in the login details to each individual login related to The Gordon and clicking update when prompted to do so.

 Alternatively you can also update/delete saved login details.
